Residences are arranged for convenient self-check-in.
The Carbondale accommodations share a 10-acre property with other residences. Interiors and designated outdoor areas are private, although guests may occasionally see other occupants outside.
A vehicle is required . One covered parking space included.
Winter roads are professionally plowed but can remain slippery. Front-wheel drive with all-season tires or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended for the Carbondale properties.
The treehouse is accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
