The High West House property brings together three thoughtfully designed residences, each with its own entrance, private interior, and designated outdoor space.
The main house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, expansive gathering spaces, and a private steam sauna. Juniper and Pinyon each offer one bedroom, a full bathroom, comfortable living space, and a kitchenette.

Things to Know Before Your Stay
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and checkout is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout may be purchased when the cleaning schedule permits.
High West House, Juniper, and Pinyon are arranged for convenient self-check-in.
Each residence may be booked separately, or all three may be reserved together.
There are five residences on the 10-acre property. Two are outside the scope of these accommodations and may be occupied during your stay, so you may occasionally see other guests or residents outdoors.
A vehicle is necessary for reaching the property and exploring the surrounding areaParking varies per residence.
Please use only the designated parking spaces for your residence.
Winter roads are professionally plowed but may remain snowy or icy. All-wheel drive or four-wheel drive with appropriate winter tires is strongly recommended.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors.
One Dog is permitted only in High West House and are not allowed inside Juniper or Pinyon. Advance approval and a pet fee may apply.Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Parties, events, additional visitors, and unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
