High West Spa House includes three distinctive one-bedroom residences: Roaring Fork, Sunlight, and Yampa. Each offers a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, full bathroom, and its own outdoor space.
Reserve a residence for an intimate downtown stay or book the entire property for a group of up to six. Individual reservations include shared use of the spa; reserving all three residences gives your group private use of the complete wellness experience.
At the heart of the property is the High West Spa, featuring a Finnish sauna, cold plunge, and indoor recovery lounge. Spa robes and towels are provided, making it easy to recharge after hiking, biking, skiing, soaking in the hot springs, or exploring downtown.

Each residence is arranged for convenient self-check-in.
High West Spa House contains three completely private guest residences. Each may be booked separately, or all three may be reserved together.
The spa is shared when individual residences are booked and private when the entire property is reserved.
Things to Know Before Your Stay
Children under 16 and pets are not permitted inside the spa.
Parking arrangements vary by residence. Please use only the designated parking spaces for your accommodation.
A vehicle is not required. The train station, restaurants, shops, hot springs, and downtown entertainment are within walking distance.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors.
Parties, events, additional visitors, and unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
